As we head into the holidays, we want to make sure your year-end gifting and recognition needs are taken care of with ease.

2025 Ordering Deadlines
• Please submit all 2025 orders by December 12

• For digital gifting or recognition orders, 

full payment must be received before 12:00pm CST December 17 

to ensure timely processing. Last digital orders sent by

 K2 Ultimate Incentives will

be 4:00pm CST December 19th.

For branded promotional items, all orders must be 

received and paid for by December 12.* 

*Please note: Even with timely order processing and payment made by this date, in-hand delivery before the holidays cannot be guaranteed. Standard production and shipping timelines still apply.

As an added benefit for current clients we can can review your needs and make exceptions if arrangements are made before December 12th.
