Karen Kelly is the driving force behind K2 Ultimate Incentives, where she serves as the owner and managing partner. With over two decades of experience in sales, customer support, and guiding customers to solutions for their goals, Karen is dedicated to helping businesses achieve their goals through effective incentive programs. She has a proven track record of success in various industries.

Prior to founding K2 Ultimate Incentives, Karen held several key roles, including Director of Operations and Sales Executive for Incentives Midwest, Inc, Ultimate Choice Incentives Account Manager, and Territory Business Manager at Nabriva Therapeutics. Her experience includes developing and implementing reward and incentive programs, fostering strategic partnerships, and achieving exceptional sales results. 

 In addition to her professional accomplishments, Karen loves spending time with her husband and two boys, often found cheering from the lacrosse fields or enjoying leisurely activities like swimming and lakeside outings together. 

  Karen is also deeply committed to serving her community. She has lent her expertise to numerous executive boards for local youth and high school sports teams, ensuring their success and fostering opportunities for young athletes. Beyond sports, Karen has extended her support to the homeless population in the Phoenix Metro area, aiding and providing resources to those in need. She also dedicates her time to supporting local families facing hardship, actively participating in initiatives aimed at improving their well-being. Karen also finds fulfillment in mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs and participating in the local community needs by contributing to initiatives such as roadside clean-ups and supporting local fundraisers. Karen's unwavering passion for giving back shines through her dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others, exemplifying her commitment to compassion and community service.
