Karen Kelly, Owner and Managing Partner

 Karen Kelly is the driving force behind the creation of K2 Ultimate Incentives. As the owner and managing partner, she has rebranded and modernized her father’s company, transforming it into the

 innovative and forward-thinking business it is today.

    With more than two decades of experience spanning sales, marketing, program execution, and leadership, Karen brings a deep understanding of how to design and deliver effective incentive and recognition initiatives. She has led teams, supported complex programs, and consistently helped organizations align their engagement strategies to business goals. Known for her practical approach and commitment to results, Karen has a proven track record of guiding clients across industries to the right solutions, backed by strong program execution and administrative support. 

Prior to the rebrand of  K2 Ultimate Incentives, Karen held several key roles, including Director of Operations and Sales Account Executive for Incentives Midwest, Inc, Account Manager for Ultimate Choice Incentives, Territory Business Manager at Nabriva Therapeutics, and Executive Director at the Elegant Child Early Learning Center.  Her experience includes roles as an account executive, where she was responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and driving sales growth. She has overseen and managed projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and a commitment to deliver the strongest possible impact while honoring approved budgets.
. Additionally, she has developed and implemented reward and incentive programs that align with client objectives, tracked budget, and performance metrics, and adjusted strategies to maximize effectiveness. 

Beyond her extensive professional accomplishments, Karen’s greatest accomplishment and joy comes from her family.  

 She cherishes quality time with her husband and two sons, and enjoys hobbies like spending time with friends, spending time with family, swimming, relaxing by the pool, and paddleboarding on the lake.
Karen also proudly supports her older son, Drew, on his inspiring journey as a Phoenix firefighter, recently celebrating his graduation from the Phoenix Firefighter Training Academy and current studies to become a Firefighter Paramedic.

 For over a decade, lacrosse was a central part of Karen’s life. One of her greatest joys has been watching Kyle grow through the game of lacrosse from his early youth days through his time at William Jewell College. The sport shaped more than his skills as a goalie; it helped him grow in all the ways being part of a team can teach, through the ups and downs, building confidence, discipline, and resilience along the way. His natural gift for the position continued to develop over time, but it is who he became through the experience that matters most.  

  Karen is also committed to serving her community. She has lent her expertise to numerous executive boards for local youth and high school sports teams, ensuring their success and fostering opportunities for young athletes. Beyond sports, Karen has extended her support to the homeless population in the Phoenix Metro area, aiding and providing resources to those in need. She also dedicates her time to supporting local families facing hardship, participating in initiatives aimed at improving their well-being. Karen also finds fulfillment in mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs and participating in the local community needs by contributing to initiatives such as roadside clean-ups, food drives, and supporting local fundraisers. Karen's unwavering passion for giving back shines through her dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others, exemplifying her commitment to compassion and community service.
