Karen Kelly, Owner and Managing Partner

 Karen Kelly is the driving force behind K2 Ultimate Incentives, where she serves as the owner and managing partner. With over two decades of experience in sales, customer support, and helping customers achieve their goals, Karen is committed to delivering effective incentive programs and administrative support. She has a proven track record of success across multiple industries, consistently guiding customers to the

solutions they need. 

Prior to founding K2 Ultimate Incentives, Karen held several key roles, including Director of Operations and Sales Account Executive for Incentives Midwest, Inc, Ultimate Choice Incentives Account Manager, Territory Business Manager at Nabriva Therapeutics, and Executive Director at the Elegant Child Early Learning Center.  Her experience includes roles as an account executive, where she was responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and driving sales growth. She has overseen and managed projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and staying within budget. Additionally, she has developed and implemented reward and incentive programs that align with client objectives, tracked budget and performance metrics, and adjusted strategies to maximize effectiveness. Karen has also fostered strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, negotiated contracts, and consistently delivered exceptional sales results by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing business. 

 In addition to her professional accomplishments, Karen loves spending time with her husband and two boys, often found cheering from the lacrosse fields or enjoying leisurely activities like swimming and lakeside outings together. 

  Karen is also committed to serving her community. She has lent her expertise to numerous executive boards for local youth and high school sports teams, ensuring their success and fostering opportunities for young athletes. Beyond sports, Karen has extended her support to the homeless population in the Phoenix Metro area, aiding and providing resources to those in need. She also dedicates her time to supporting local families facing hardship, participating in initiatives aimed at improving their well-being. Karen also finds fulfillment in mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs and participating in the local community needs by contributing to initiatives such as roadside clean-ups, food drives, and supporting local fundraisers. Karen's unwavering passion for giving back shines through her dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others, exemplifying her commitment to compassion and community service.
