Child and Forced Labor Policy

 1. Purpose: Our organization is committed to upholding human rights and ethical labor  practices throughout our operations, partnerships, and supply chain. We recognize the  importance of protecting vulnerable populations, including children and individuals  subjected to forced labor. This Child and Forced Labor Policy outlines our commitment  to preventing and eliminating child labor and forced labor within our organization and  among our suppliers and business partners.

2. Policy:

a. Child Labor: Our organization strictly prohibits the use of child labor. No  Individual  under the age of 18 shall be employed or engaged in any form of work that deprives  them of their childhood, education, or opportunities for development.

b. Forced Labor: Our organization prohibits all forms of forced or compulsory labor,  including bonded labor, involuntary prison labor, and human trafficking. Employees shall  be employed voluntarily and shall have the freedom to leave their employment upon  reasonable notice.

 c. Supply Chain Due Diligence: We shall conduct due diligence with our suppliers and  business partners to ensure that they share our commitment to prohibiting child labor  and forced labor. Suppliers and business partners shall be required to certify compliance  with applicable laws and regulations regarding child labor and forced labor.

d. Reporting: Any employee who becomes aware of or suspects any violation of this  policy, including instances of child labor or forced labor, must report it immediately to  their supervisor, the Compliance Officer, or through the designated reporting channels  outlined in the Whistleblower Policy.

 3. Compliance: All employees are required to read, understand, and comply with this Child  and Forced Labor Policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary  action, up to and including termination of employment, and may also lead to termination  of contracts with suppliers and business partners found to be in violation.

4.. Review and Updates: This policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure its  effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Any updates or  revisions to this policy shall be communicated to all employees, suppliers, and business  partners.
